Privacy policy

We do not set cookies. We do not run analytics. We have no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no
localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB and no third-party requests of any
kind — no external fonts, no CDN, no remote images. We build no profile of you and we have no
way to recognise you between visits.
The one thing that is unavoidable is described in section 3: your IP address reaches the web server, because that is how the internet delivers you a page.
1. Who is the data controller
The controller is Branch line 005 s.r.o., Ježkova 1054/10, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company number 17106818, VAT CZ17106818. Contact for any privacy matter: info@zlatomir.online.
We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to: we carry out no large-scale monitoring and process no special-category data.
2. What this site does not do
- No cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party.
- No analytics, of any provider.
- No advertising or conversion pixels, tags or beacons.
- No browser fingerprinting, canvas or otherwise.
- No
localStorage,sessionStorageor IndexedDB. The site's only script does not touch browser storage at all. - No third-party requests. Fonts are your device's own system fonts; stylesheets, scripts and images are served from this domain only.
- No contact form, no newsletter, no account, no comments. We have no way to collect your name or email address unless you choose to write to us.
- No sale or sharing of personal data. There is nothing to sell.
Because we place nothing on your device and read nothing from it, the consent requirement of the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3), implemented in the Czech Republic in Act No. 127/2005 Coll.) is not engaged, and there is no consent banner. The cookie policy explains how to verify this in your own browser.
3. The one thing that is processed: server log data
To send you a page, the web server necessarily receives the request. Standard web server logs may record: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status code, the number of bytes sent, the browser's user-agent string and, if your browser sends one, the referring URL.

We do not use log data for advertising, measurement, attribution or any form of profiling, and we run no automated decision-making.
4. Campaign parameters in the address bar
If you reached this page from an advertisement, the address may carry campaign parameters such as
utm_source, gclid or msclkid. The site's single script copies those
parameters from the address bar onto the partner link, so the advertiser can attribute the visit. Those
values are not stored anywhere — not in a cookie, not in browser storage, not on our
server beyond the ordinary log entry described above. Close the tab and they are gone.
5. What happens when you leave
Partner links take you to an advertiser's own website. Once you arrive there, that company becomes the controller of any data it collects, under its own privacy policy. We receive no personal data back from them: an affiliate network reports a conversion to us as a count, not as a person. Please read the advertiser's privacy policy before you sign up for anything.
6. Recipients and transfers
We share no personal data with anyone. The only party with technical access to server logs is the hosting provider, acting as our processor under Article 28 GDPR for the purpose of running the server.
We carry out no international transfers for our own purposes. If server infrastructure involves a transfer outside the EEA, it is covered by the hosting provider's own safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Children
This site is aimed at adults and we knowingly collect no data from anyone. Since we do not collect personal data, we hold none relating to children.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to info@zlatomir.online to exercise any of them; we respond within one month.
In practice, please note the honest limitation: because we store no identifier for you, we normally cannot locate any data relating to you on the basis of a request alone, and under Article 11 GDPR we are not obliged to acquire additional data purely in order to identify you. That is a consequence of collecting nothing, not an evasion.
The competent supervisory authority for us is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, uoou.gov.cz. You may also complain to the authority in your own EU member state.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security. It is a static website: there is no database, no login and no user-submitted content, which removes most of the ways a site of this kind leaks data.
10. Changes to this policy
If we ever introduced any form of collection — which we do not plan to — this page would be updated before it happened, and the change would be stated plainly at the top rather than buried. The version in force is the one published here.
